Refund Policy

We want you to be happy with Sapigent.

Subscriptions

You can cancel your subscription at any time, and you won't be charged again. Your access continues until the end of the period you've paid for.

If you're not satisfied with your first payment, email us within 7 days of being charged and we'll give you a full refund. After that, payments are non-refundable except where the law requires otherwise.

Billing mistakes

If you were charged in error, contact us and we'll fix it right away.

How to ask for a refund

Email lance@sapigent.com from the address on your account. Refunds go back to your original payment method, usually within 5 to 10 business days.
