These terms govern your use of sapigent.com and the AI coaching services offered on it (together, "Sapigent"). Sapigent is operated by Helm Hog LLC ("we", "us"). By using Sapigent you agree to these terms.

What Sapigent is

Sapigent offers AI coaches built from the teachings of real experts, such as Ask Stephanie. The coaches are artificial intelligence. They are not the experts in person, and their answers may sometimes be incomplete or wrong.

Coaching, not professional advice

Sapigent provides life coaching and educational content only. It is not therapy, counseling, medical care, or legal, financial or tax advice, and it does not replace a licensed professional. We do not guarantee any particular result, including any relationship, financial or health outcome.

Sapigent is not a crisis service. If you are in danger or thinking about harming yourself, call 911 or, in the US, call or text 988 (Suicide & Crisis Lifeline).

Eligibility and accounts

You must be at least 18 years old to use Sapigent. You are responsible for keeping your account details secure and for activity on your account.

Payments and subscriptions

Paid plans are billed in advance through our payment processor, Stripe. Subscriptions renew automatically until you cancel. You can cancel at any time, and your access continues until the end of the current billing period. Refunds are covered by our Refund Policy.

Acceptable use

  • Don't use Sapigent for anything illegal or harmful.
  • Don't try to copy, scrape or reverse-engineer the coaches or their content.
  • Don't share your account or resell access.

Intellectual property

The coaches, their voices and their content belong to us and to the experts who license them to us. You may use them for your own personal, non-commercial purposes.

Limitation of liability

Sapigent is provided "as is." To the fullest extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential damages, and our total liability to you is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.

Changes and contact

We may update these terms and will post the new version here. These terms are governed by the laws of the state in which Helm Hog LLC is organized. Questions: lance@sapigent.com.
